Untitled I was walking all alone in the forest one night
when I saw up in the trees a most curious sight.

I really couldn't tell what sort of creature it could be
for all I saw were glowing eyes just staring back at me.

A really big cat?, I guessed, waiting for the morning to come
Nonsense!, a shrill voice in my head screamed, then told me to run.

The Monster In My Closet There's a monster in my closet.
He moved in yesterday.
He's making such a racket
that I wish he'd go away.
He stays up almost every night
hosting parties for his friends.
I can hear the music from my bed.
I swear it never ends.
He's always making such a mess.
I've really had enough.
I found my favorite doll in there
and he'd torn out all the fluff.
If he doesn't straighten up
and act a proper gent'
then he won't have left me any choice.
I'll have to charge him rent.

it is such a wondrous day.

Chapter 2:Odyssey Into 2012 Submission Trapped in eternity. She opens her eyes.

A light dances in front of her swaying gently back and forth to the rhythm of her breathing. With each swing she is greeted by a single melodious note. A beautiful sound that turns into a harsh squeal as a sharp jolt shakes her from her reverie. The light still swings above her but now she sees it for what it is. The light on the ceiling of what appears to be an ornately designed passenger car.

As she rises from her place on the floor she immediately notices the door. A stark wooden door just at the end of the room. She approaches the door uneasily and as she draws nearer she is able to make out an i

Immortal Memories I walk in silence
among aged and flaking stones
a graveyard with not a single name
writ upon its faces.
Rows upon rows
but only one is true
the one I seek to find
only the memory is gone.

I float through the air
down a dark twisting road
while the wind whispers beneath me
and the trees bend to touch my cheek.
I come upon a scene of desolation
of destruction and death
and it slithers beneath me
but death has two faces.

I dance with death
and its flashing fangs.
The titan of two bodies coils against the sky
